and product development projects. Our staff is highly regarded on
the subject of dairy based food ingredients.
Our plant in Spring Valley has the capability of custom blending,
grinding, and formulating Italian and American cheeses. Each process
is specific to meet individual customer specifications pertaining
to chemical, physical, microbial, and organoleptic analysis. Cold-pack,
processed cheeses, imitation cheeses, cheese substitutes, and enzyme
modified cheeses are also produced at this location.
The Dalbo, Minnesota facility is a state of the art, hard Italian
cheese grating, drying, and packaging operation. Grated cheeses
are produced for the retail private label, industrial and food service
markets. Cheese blends, including Parmesan, Romano, Asiago and other
hard cheese varieties can be provided to meet your specifications.
Fresh and dry grated cheeses are available in a variety of moistures,
flavors, particle sizes, and packages.
