International Ingredient Systems (IIS) is the technical "Food Ingredient Division" of Rochester Cheese. It is located in Springfield Missouri, at 1335F East Republic Road.

IIS specializes in translating the ingredient needs of companies in the food industry, especially those relating to the functional applications of cheese. The capabilities represented by IIS are listed below. Samples are available upon request - normal project turnaround time is less than 2 weeks.
