Rochester Cheese is comprised of three separate locations in Minnesota and one location in Missouri. Our Spring Valley plant is located thirty miles southeast of Rochester, Minnesota. The facility is in the heart of Spring Valley near the Root River. Our Dalbo plant is located in Dalbo, Minnesota approximately sixty miles north of Minneapolis, on 220 acres. Isanti County is one of the fastest growing counties in the state.

The company headquarters is located in Rochester, Minnesota, home of the Mayo Clinic. Our main warehouse is also located in Rochester and efficiently serves our plants and customers.

International Ingredient Systems is located in Springfield, Missouri and is the jumping off point for Branson, Missouri, a popular Ozark vacation destination.
